Affiliate Program Policy and Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Dynamic Zenergy Affiliate Program, which supports the Income Builder Program and other digital products available on our platform.
This page outlines the policy, terms, and conditions that apply to all affiliates. Please read carefully before joining or promoting our program.
1. Eligibility and Application Process
To ensure compliance and program integrity, all affiliate applications are subject to manual review and must include responses to all required questions.
Required Questions:
1. Full Name or Business Name (This information is required for invoicing)
2. Are you located in Australia? (Yes / No)
3. If yes, are you registered for Australian GST? (Yes / No)
4. If yes, please provide your ABN (Australian Business Number)
5. How do you plan to promote the program? (Please provide details.)
6. What is your preferred payout method? (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer)
7. Do you agree to the Affiliate Program Policy and Terms and Conditions? (Yes / No)
Approval Timeline:
All affiliate applications are reviewed within five business days, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays. Please do not expect instant approval.
2. Commission Structure
Our affiliate program uses a 3-level commission model:
Level 0
Who Earns: You, who is the direct affiliate who refers the customer
Commission: 25% of the USD product sale price
Level 1
Who Earns: The person who referred Level 0
Commission: 10% of Level 0's commission
Level 2
Who Earns: The person who referred Level 1
Commission: 5% of Level 0's commission
Important Notes:
• Level 1 and 2 commissions are override bonuses based on what Level 0 earns, not the product sale price
• These overrides are paid in addition to Level 0's commission and do not reduce their earnings
3. Cookie Duration
Cookies are valid for 30 days. If someone clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you get the credit for the sale.
First-click attribution applies. If another affiliate refers the same customer later, the first one receives credit, unless the cookie is cleared.
4. Currency and Payout Terms
- Commissions are calculated in USD but paid in AUD.
- The exchange rate we use is the rate available on the date the payout is processed.
- Payouts are processed monthly, typically within 30 days of confirmed sales.
- You must meet the minimum payout threshold of AUD $50.00 to receive payment.
- Any unpaid balance under AUD $50.00 will carry over to the next payout cycle.
- Approved payment methods include PayPal and Bank Transfer, provided the bank account is with one of the Australian banks.
5. Australian Affiliates and GST
If you're based in Australia and registered for GST, you must:
- Provide your ABN.
- Submit a valid tax invoice to receive GST-inclusive payment.

If your business is not GST registered, you will receive the base commission, excluding the GST amount.
If you are a GST-registered business, we cannot make any payments unless we receive a valid tax invoice that includes the GST amount.
6. Promotional Guidelines
To protect the Dynamic Zenergy brand and comply with advertising regulations:
You must:
- Accurately describe the product and its potential benefits
- Disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions
- Follow applicable advertising and consumer laws
You must not:
- Make false or misleading income claims
- Use unethical, spammy, or deceptive marketing tactics
- Promote through paid ads using the Dynamic Zenergy brand names or trademarks without permission
- Use stolen or duplicate content without proper credit or rights
Violations may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Disclosure Requirement
In line with consumer protection laws, such as the Australian Consumer Law, you must disclose that you may earn a commission from your promotional content.
Example Disclosure:
"As an affiliate, I may earn a commission if you purchase through my referral link, at no extra cost to you."
8. Termination & Program Changes
Dynamic Zenergy reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue this program at any time
- Terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms
- Withhold unpaid commissions if fraud or abuse is suspected
9. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much commission do I earn?
A: You can earn up to 40% commission across all levels of our program. You'll receive your commission based on the USD product price, and commission payments are in AUD.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: Commissions are paid monthly via your selected payout method, e.g., PayPal or bank transfer. A minimum payout threshold of AUD $50.00 applies.
Q: I'm in Australia. Do I need to send an invoice?
A: Yes. If you're GST-registered, you must submit a valid tax invoice that includes the GST amount. If you're not GST-registered, your commission does not include the GST amount.
Q: What's the currency for commission payouts?
A: Commissions are calculated in USD but paid in AUD based on the exchange rate at the time of payout.
Q: Can I earn from other affiliates I refer?
A: Yes. You'll earn override commissions on sales made by affiliates you refer (Level 1 and Level 2), encouraging long-term team building.
Q: How long does the affiliate cookie last?
A: 30 days from the time your referral clicks your link.
Q: How long does it take to get approved?
A: Your application will be manually reviewed within five business days, excluding Australian public holidays and weekends.
